What Signulu records
Depending on the selected signing method, Signulu may record:
- sender and recipient details;
- document and transaction identifiers;
- timestamps;
- delivery and viewing status;
- IP address and device information;
- authentication method and result;
- consent and signing actions;
- certificate information;
- document hash; and
- completion or failure status.
The audit trail provides supporting evidence of the electronic transaction. It does not independently guarantee the legal enforceability of the underlying document.

Electronic records, electronic contracts and prescribed electronic signatures are recognised under the Information Technology Act, 2000, subject to applicable requirements and exclusions.
Signulu is an electronic-signature and document-workflow platform. Aadhaar-based eSign and other regulated digital-signature services, where offered, are facilitated through duly authorised service providers.
No. Certain documents are excluded from electronic execution or require additional formalities such as stamp duty, witnesses, notarisation, registration or physical execution. See our Terms of Service for the full list.
Signulu provides the technology and electronic transaction evidence. Enforceability depends on the document, authority of the parties, signing method and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
